80's dress in a fabulous colbolt blue with a black paint brush pattern through the fabric.  Bold notched collar.  Button down on chest.  The elastic waist does have belt loops but no belt comes with this dress, eaving it up to your imagination!  Two large pockets are on the chest area too.  The arms are in a bat wing style cut.

Chest (armpit to armpit across the front) 45cm-can be bigger due to the bat style arm cut.
Waist (across the front) stretches to 45 cm comfortably
Length (top of shoulder to bottem of hem) 120cm
