I adore this plus size 80s part dress. Definitely a business up top with the short sleeve black velvet and part in the bottom with the stunning emerald frilled fabric that had a tulip cut moment in the front.
Back zip up closure and extra gusset has been sewing into the underarms.
She is a little wounded in the front neckline, see pics.
